TIM ARNETT GRADUATES FROM MARYLAND REALTORS® LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Annapolis, MD — Tim Arnett, REALTOR® with ERA Martin Associates, member of the Coastal Association of REALTORS® was honored as a graduate of the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy’s Class of 2025 at ceremonies held in Annapolis at The Atreeum at Soaring Timber venue on Thursday, April 24th.
The Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy was formed by REALTORS® who understand the important role they play in their community and the need to enhance the leadership skills, knowledge, and competencies of fellow REALTORS® interested in making a difference in their personal lives and in their communities.
The Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy offers an intensive curriculum designed to develop skills in leadership, communications, strategic planning, legislative and government affairs and community involvement. Applicants to the program must be in good standing with and receive a letter of recommendation from their local Real Estate board. Classes are conducted over 6 months and stress the value of professional and personal commitment to business, charitable and civic endeavors. To complete the program, participants must also earn a certification in: Commitment to Excellence, At Home With Diversity, and Bias Override.
Tim Arnett has been an active Realtor® at ERA Martin Associates since 2021. He is licensed in Maryland and Delaware and proudly serving clients all over the Eastern Shore. In 2024, he started a Real Estate team, Patriot Properties Group, with Bonnie Flinn. In addition to graduating the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Tim has earned many other accolades and designations, including: 2021 ERA Martin Associates Rookie of The Year, Graduate of REALTOR® Institute, Coastal Area Local Specialist, ERA® Circle of Achievement, REALTORS® Commitment To Excellence, 2024 ERA Martin Associates Gold Sales Producer, and is a consistent Quarterly Top Producer.
Tim said, “I’ve taken lots of leadership courses and conventions in my lifetime, mostly related to my career in the fire department, but this one was different.
