Dedication, Service, Diligence, Knowledge. These are just several strengths that Carl "Eric" Johnson brings to the Closing Table.
A Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Delaware Army National Guard and Retired Supervisory Engineer of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Eric Johnson has a fully-loaded résumé and a will-do attitude. However, don't let this Bronze Star Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom intimidate you. Even though he used to work at NASA, Eric is one of the most down-to-Earth people you will ever meet.
Originally from Laurel, Delaware, Eric Johnson has lived on Delmarva for over 60 years. Although he loves the Eastern Shore, Eric enjoys traveling the country with his wife of 43 beautiful years, Julie, in their RV. When they aren't exploring, the Johnsons can be found spending time with their 2 sons and 3 wonderful grandchildren.
Mr. Johnson is a lifetime learner. Eric Attended Delaware Technical and Community College, Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College, and Louisiana State University for his Associate of Applied Science degree, Salisbury University for a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and went to earn his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Basically, he's great with numbers and technology and can help guide you through the Home Buying or Selling process with ease!
His search for knowledge is part of what led him to become a Licensed REALTOR® in Maryland in the Summer of 2022. Eric isn't one to stay idle and will do whatever he can to meet your Real Estate needs.
Eric says, "My entire career has been dedicated to providing excellent customer service primarily in the Information Technology and Advanced Technology disciplines to the Military and Federal Government organizations that I have served in. Focusing on the customer's needs and delivering a product or service that enables them to meet their goals is my goal."
