Surveys provide feedback on both the assessment of overall satisfaction and satisfaction details of the key elements of service most important to consumers. Eligibility for the 2022 QE Award requires a minimum number of surveys sent and returned which may be adjusted from year to year based upon market conditions and the number of participants.
