ERA Martin’s 3rd Quarter Top Producers 2020

Salisbury, MD: Local real estate firm ERA Martin Associates recently honored their top producing Realtors for the 3rd quarter of 2020 at a luncheon held on Wednesday, October 28th. The event was held at Mogan’s Oyster House, a local restaurant in downtown Salisbury. ERA Martin is experiencing a very successful year and the company is pleased to be honoring these hardworking agents and celebrating their accomplishments over the past quarter.

In attendance at the luncheon were Frances Sterling, Laurie Cannon, Greg Johnson, Jeff Dale, Marti Hoster, and Bob Heim, as well as Nancy Ashley and Min Pi, who represented The Ashley Group. Chairman Bill Martin and President Joni Williamson hosted the lunch, along with ERA’s Marketing Coordinator Kayla Hildreth. Not in attendance were Roger Sansom and two members of the Ashley Group, Jeff Ashley and Jeff Turner.

At the lunch, discussion centered around the surprising boom that the real estate market has experienced this year. Buyers are continuing to take advantage of low interest rates and well-maintained properties are still being sold quickly.

ERA enjoyed some of it’s highest sales numbers ever in the 3rd quarter of the year, and experts predict that the strong real estate market will continue into 2021. President Joni Williamson says, “We are amazed at how well our local real estate market and economy are performing in the midst of a pandemic. Inventory still continues to be a challenge, and our agents are focusing on ways to serve buyers and sellers while keeping the health and safety of our clients in mind.”

In Wicomico County, Pending sales are up 11.2% year-to-date, and Closed sales are up 4.4%. Our average sales price has increased to $219,552 for detached homes, up 6.19% over last year.
